1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to SN Hub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and use of our facilities. By joining SN Hub, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not complete the sign-up process or use our services.

2. WHO WE ARE

SN Hub at Nuffield Road is operated by Innovation Fitness Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09763888, VAT No. GB230906137).

3. DEFINITIONS

Access Device: Any relevant access equipment, issued or otherwise provided to you by us, used to enter a Club.

Access Information: Any relevant information, including but not limited to digital QR codes, associated with your membership and your access to an SN Hub.

Classes: Instructor led group training sessions.

Club: SN Hub premises.

Staff: Employees and/or official representatives of SN Hub.

Direct Debit: The payment agreement with your bank for payment of your Monthly Fees.

Gym Floor: The open training areas that all members can access.

Joining Fee: The payment to complete the sign-up process.

In-Club: At/in/on an/the SN Hub premises.

Member: Any person who has completed the sign-up process and entered a contract with SN Hub.

Monthly Fee: The monthly fee payable in advance by a Member. Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Starter Pack: The merchandise that you receive upon joining the Club.

We / Our / Us: Reference to SN Hub.

 

You / Your: Reference to the Member.

Recovery Suite: The area of the Club equipped with a variety of recovery-focused amenities designed to enhance post-workout recovery and overall wellness. This includes the CryoSport Ice Bath, Infrared Sauna, Compression Boots, and any other recovery features added at a later time.

CryoSport Ice Bath: A cold therapy recovery tool designed to reduce muscle inflammation, improve recovery time, and enhance athletic performance by immersing the body in cold water.

Infrared Sauna: A heat-based recovery system using infrared light to warm the body. The Infrared Sauna promotes relaxation, reduces muscle soreness, improves circulation, and supports detoxification.

Compression Boots: Specialised recovery gear that uses air compression to massage and improve circulation in the legs. The use of Compression Boots is intended to reduce muscle soreness, inflammation, and fatigue after intense exercise.

Other Recovery Features Added at a Later Time: Any additional recovery tools or modalities introduced to the Recovery Suite after the Club’s initial offerings, aimed at further enhancing members’ recovery experiences.

SN Clinic: A clinical section of the Club providing a range of medical and diagnostic services to support health monitoring and optimisation. These services include Bloodwork, Functional Health Testing, IV Nutrition Therapy, Fibroscan Liver Testing, and any future diagnostic services added.

Bloodwork Services: Laboratory testing provided within the SN Clinic to assess various biomarkers, offering members insight into their overall health, nutritional status, and performance-related factors.

Functional Health Testing Services: Advanced diagnostic testing that goes beyond traditional bloodwork to include assessments such as stool analysis, hormone profiling, and other tests aimed at optimising long-term health and performance.

IV Nutrition Therapy: Intravenous therapy provided at the SN Clinic that delivers vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream to support health, energy levels,recovery, and immune function.

Fibroscan Liver Testing: A non-invasive test offered in the SN Clinic to assess liver health, including detecting fibrosis and liver stiffness, aiding in the prevention of liver disease.

Other Clinic Diagnostic Features Added at a Later Time: Any additional diagnostic services introduced at the SN Clinic to expand the health offerings available to members.

Seminar and Studio Suite: The multi-use space within the Club designated for hosting educational seminars, workshops, and fitness or wellness classes. This area provides a platform for members to expand their knowledge in health, fitness, and wellness-related topics.

Treatment Room: The area of the Club where hands-on therapeutic services are provided by trained professionals. Services offered include Physiotherapy, Sports Massage and Therapy, Chiropractic Care, and other physical treatments designed to aid in injury recovery, mobility enhancement, and overall physical wellness.

Physiotherapy: A service provided in the Treatment Room focusing on the rehabilitation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, pain relief, and movement improvement through various techniques and exercises. Sports Massage and Therapy: A specialised form of massage therapy aimed at improving athletic performance, reducing muscle tension, preventing injury, and aiding recovery from intense physical activities.

Chiropractic Services: Professional chiropractic care provided in the Treatment Room to address spinal health, musculoskeletal issues, and nerve function, promoting overall well-being and mobility.

4. MEMBERSHIP TYPES

  • 12-Month Direct Debit Membership: Fixed 12-month commitment, paid monthly. No access to Recovery Suite, SN Clinic, or Seminar/Studio Suite unless purchased separately.

  • Rolling Monthly Direct Debit Membership: No fixed term, billed monthly. Same access restrictions apply.

  • 7-Day Pass: One-off payment, gym access for 7 days. Excludes Recovery Suite, SN Clinic, and Seminar/Studio Suite.

  • One Day Pass: One-off payment, gym access for 1 day. Excludes Recovery Suite, SN Clinic, and Seminar/Studio Suite.

  • Annual Prepaid Membership: One-off payment for 12 months' access. Same facility access rules apply.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1. Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel within 10 days of signing up by emailing contact@snhub.co.uk

  • Full refund if no use of gym and no collection of Starter Pack.

  • Partial refund if only gym accessed.

  • No refund if Starter Pack collected.
     

5.2. Cancellation During 12-Month Term

After the 10-day period, cancellation within your 12-month commitment is not allowed unless:

  • Verified medical condition (with proof).

  • Permanent relocation over 15 miles from SN Hub (proof of new address).

  • Redundancy or declared insolvent (proof required).

  • Exceptional personal hardship (SN Hub discretion).
     

All notices must be in writing with valid documentation. Provided the appropriate cancellation proof is obtained, the membership will end that same month.

Important: Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your membership. You must notify SN Hub in writing and receive written confirmation.

5.3. Cancellation After Minimum 12 Month Term (Standard Membership)

After completing your 12-month term:

  • Your membership becomes a rolling monthly agreement.

  • To cancel, you must provide 30 days’ written notice by email to contact@snhub.co.uk.

  • Notice periods follow a month-end rule (see Notice Period details below).
     

5.4. Notice Periods

  • Notice received between 1st-4th day of month: Membership ends that same month. Final direct debit payment taken on the 1st of that month (e.g. notice received on 1st May, final direct debit taken on 1st May with membership ending 31st May)

  • Notice received after 4th day of month: Treated as received on 1st of following month. Final direct debit will be taken on the 1st of the following month (e.g. notice received on 5th May, final direct debit taken on 1st June with membership ending 30th June.
     

You are liable for membership fees during your notice period.
 

5.5. Early Termination Consequences

Cancellation of your standard 12-month membership without accepted grounds before the minimum term ends will result in you being liable for the full outstanding balance of your contract term.

6. GYM INDUCTIONS

You may book a gym induction upon joining. Use of the gym without an induction is at your own risk. SN Hub is not liable for any injury or damage incurred due to improper use.

7. REFUNDS

  • Starter Packs are non-refundable once collected.

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

     

8. TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP

Memberships are non-transferable.

9. DIRECT DEBIT POLICY

Cancelling your Direct Debit does not cancel your membership.

You will be unable to enter the Club if your membership fee for the upcoming month has not been paid. We have the right to charge late payment costs, including legal action costs.

Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account prior to your Direct Debit date. If your account does not have sufficient funds on the Direct Debit date, we will attempt to recollect your subscription instalment within the next 7-10 working days. You will not need to take any action as this will be done automatically.

We will attempt to recollect your subscription instalment again within the next 7-10 working days. If this payment fails again, a £19.99 administration fee will be collected from your account.

We will attempt to recollect your subscription instalment again within the next 7-10 working days alongside the £19.99 administration fee.

If the payment fails for a third time, a further £19.99 administration fee will be added to your account, and your membership cancelled until all outstanding balances are paid.

 

Direct Debit Guarantee: This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits

  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit Harlands Services Limited re Xplorpay will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Harlands Services Limited re Xplorpay to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request

  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by Harlands Services Limited re Xplorpay or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society

  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Harlands Services Limited re Xplor pay asks you to.

  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

     

10. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

In events outside our control (e.g., pandemics, natural disasters), SN Hub may close temporarily. No refunds or membership pauses will be issued under these circumstances.

 

11. CLUB RULES & CONDUCT

  • CCTV is in use throughout the gym.

  • Members must treat others with respect.

  • Harassment or abuse towards other members or staff will lead to immediate cancellation.

  • Comply with staff instructions at all times.

  • Arrive on time for classes. Once the class starts, the instructor has the right to refuse entry.

  • Wear clean, indoor-only footwear. Muddy, soiled, or outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited. Please change into clean footwear upon arrival to maintain the cleanliness of the gym. If you do not have clean shoes, disposable shoe covers may be provided, or you may be asked to refrain from using the gym equipment.

  • No shirtless training or inappropriate clothing.

  • You agree to enter the gym in a good state of personal hygiene, use a towel when necessary, and wipe down all equipment after use. Cleaning stations are on location within the gym. We also sell hand towels at the SN Store.

  • No use or possession of illegal substances or training aids.

  • SN Hub is a non-smoking/non-vaping environment.

  • You are obliged to immediately inform SN Hub of any changes to contract-relevant data (name, address, email address, bank details, etc.).

  • When you enter the Club, contact us, or interact with SN Hub in any way, we may gather information about you. The details can be found in our Privacy Policy here. You agree that your Direct Debit payment and collection, and the personal information associated, may be processed by Harlands Services Limited. We do not sell your information to any third party. We may use some information with third parties to create the best experience possible; however, this is on a need-to-know basis only. See “CCTV” for information on our use of CCTV in our Club.

     

12. EQUIPMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Use equipment properly; follow instructions.

  • Wipe down all machines, weights, and benches after use with the cleaning supplies provided. Return all equipment, including weights and accessories, to their designated areas after use. Do not leave personal belongings or towels on equipment when not in use.

  • Inform staff of damages to equipment, or injuries immediately.

  • Complete a health declaration upon signup.

  • SN Hub is not liable for injuries unless due to proven negligence.
     

You agree to only sign up if you are in good health and capable of participating in physical activities. Consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions before using the gym. You will be required to confirm this via a health declaration prior to using our Club.

 

13. FIRE SAFETY AND INDUCTION POLICY
 

At SN Hub, the safety of our visitors and staff is our top priority. Upon entering the facility, all customers are required to familiarise themselves with the following fire safety procedures:

 

  • Fire Exits: Clearly marked fire exits are located throughout the gym, retail store, cafe, recovery suite, clinic, and seminar areas. Please take note of the nearest exit to your location upon arrival.

  • Evacuation Route: In the event of a fire alarm, calmly proceed to the nearest fire exit and follow the designated evacuation route. Maps are displayed in all key areas of the facility.

  • Assembly Point: After exiting, proceed to the designated assembly point. Do not re-enter the building until it is declared safe by emergency services.

  • External Services Safety: If you are attending an external service such as the clinic, seminar, or private therapy suite, adhere to the same evacuation procedures. Staff in these areas will guide you to the nearest exit.

  • Assistance: If you require assistance during an evacuation, notify a member of staff immediately upon entering the facility.

 

By entering SN Hub, you agree to comply with the fire safety procedures outlined above. Customers are encouraged to ask staff for clarification if needed and to report any potential safety hazards immediately.

14. FACILITY USAGE

  • Locker Use: Day-use only. Items left overnight may be disposed of. Lockers are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Lockers can only be used while you are In-Club. SN Hub has the right to open and empty any lockers that remain locked beyond your being In-Club. Items removed will be held for a maximum of 14 days before being disposed of.

  • Recovery Suite & Clinic: Additional charges apply.

  • Classes: Arrive on time; late arrivals may be denied entry.

  • Opening Hours: Subject to change. Not guaranteed. SN Hub will do its best to maintain Club opening periods of 06:00 – 22:00 (Mon - Fri), 8:00 - 18:00 (Sat) and 8:00 - 16:00 (Sun). Any advertised opening times that differ from these times will be on a Club-by-Club basis and at our discretion.

  • Parking: SN Hub provides parking spaces. These may only be used by you while in the Club and in accordance with any other terms of use set by the Club. If you occupy a parking space without being present at the club or violate any other Terms of Use, we reserve the right to tow the car at your expense and/or impose contractual penalties.

15. PERSONAL PROPERTY

  • Use lockers at your own risk.

  • SN Hub is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

16. FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

  • Respect others' privacy.

  • No filming of others without consent.

  • Tripods causing disruption are not allowed.

  • Videographers require written permission.

  • By tagging SN Hub in public social media content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to re-share the content on our own social platforms, with attribution.

  • If you would like to film within the SN Hub with videographer / Content Creator, please email contact@snhub.co.uk to enquire. Filming with a videographer is not permitted unless permission is granted.

17. SERVICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to our facilities, classes, and services without notice.

18. PRICE CHANGES

We may change your monthly fee once per calendar year. Minimum one-month notice will be provided.

19. GENERAL

  • Governed by English law.

  • Contract is non-assignable by members.

  • We may transfer this contract without consent.


The formatting of this Contract is an attempt to improve the ease of legibility and nothing else. This Contract will be between you and us. No other person or persons have any right to enforce it. We may assign or otherwise transfer the benefit or burden of this Contract without your prior written consent. You agree that you cannot transfer this Contract to anyone else. The Terms of this Contract are governed by English law, and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of any disputes arising out of or in connection with your Membership in the English courts.

20. ACCEPTANCE

Use of SN Hub constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a warning or suspension of gym privileges. Staff reserves the right to ask members to change shoes, clean up, or leave the premises if proper etiquette and hygiene standards are not maintained. We encourage you to regularly review our Terms for updates.
